Third-party bookings are strictly prohibited, and the primary guest must be present for the entire duration of the stay. Guests may be required to provide government-issued photo ID and age verification during the booking process. Regarding parking, one designated off-street space is provided; additional vehicles must use street parking, which is paid municipal parking from April 1st to October 31st.
