The sleeping arrangements are spread across two floors for added privacy: the first floor features a King bedroom with a gel memory foam mattress and a Roku Smart TV, while the second floor offers a Queen bedroom and a third bedroom with a twin daybed and pull-out trundle. The trundle can be configured as a king or two separate twin spaces, all featuring gel memory foam mattresses for a restful night's sleep.

Designed for seamless entertaining, the home boasts an open-concept layout. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a coffee station for single cups or full pots, and a dining table that seats six with four additional barstools. The living room is anchored by a comfortable couch, recliner, and Roku Smart TV. Every bedroom and the living room are equipped with individual AC and heat mini-splits to ensure your perfect temperature.

Dogs are welcome with prior approval and a $100 cleaning fee. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, including the three-season room, with a $500 fine for violations. Please note that a signed waiver is required for hot tub use, and guests must provide their own firewood for the firepit. Parties and events are not permitted.
