Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Dog-friendly on a case-by-case basis (must be under 25 lbs; breed and age required for approval). A $75 cleaning and companion fee applies per pet.
• Quiet Hours: No outside noise or outdoor music between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The home uses decibel monitoring sensors to ensure neighborly respect.
• Smoking: This is a non-smoking home. No smoking or candles indoors or on the rooftop deck. Smoking must be 15 feet away from exterior doors; violations incur a $250 charge.
• Guests: Children 2+ must be included in the guest count. Day guests must be approved and depart by 10:00 PM.
• Verification: Bookings are protected by SUPERHOG; guests must complete a brief verification process prior to arrival.
