Pet Policy: One dog is allowed with specific requirements. Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and must be crated when left unattended. Guests are responsible for cleaning dog hair and disposing of waste from the yard. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive dog hair.

Important Notes: Water pressure is lower than ideal throughout the property. As this is the desert, dust and critters including water bugs, crickets, and gnats are part of the natural habitat, especially in warmer months. Professional cleaning and routine pest control are maintained.
