With two bathrooms, the space comfortably accommodates guests, with a maximum capacity of 6 people.

Inside, you will find a brand new kitchen equipped with a stove top and stainless steel appliances, as well as a living area featuring a 50-inch TV for streaming. The home is fully stocked with hotel quality linens, plush towels, and basic essentials including coffee and cooking oils. As part of a three-unit complex, guests have private use of the apartment interior and access to a shared courtyard. This outdoor space is an oasis featuring a hammock, a fire pit, a bean bag toss game, a BBQ grill, and mineral water soaking tubs (non-heated) perfect for cooling off during the summer months.

Located just 4 miles from town, the property is ideally positioned for exploring the region, sitting only 20 minutes from Palm Springs and 50 minutes from Joshua Tree. To reach the home, guests will travel a short stretch of dirt road and manually open a large iron gate to access private parking for one vehicle.
