Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with no immediate neighbors on the road, the property provides a wonderful sense of privacy while remaining close enough to town for convenience. This property is proudly dog-friendly, allowing up to 2 dogs per unit. To maintain the home, we ask that you bring your dog's favorite bed or blanket, as pets are not permitted on the furniture or beds. Please ensure all dogs are up to date on vaccinations and use a crate when leaving pets unattended. We kindly ask guests to clean up dog hair using the provided vacuum and dispose of all waste promptly.

Please note that being in the desert, dust and local insects are part of the natural habitat, though the home is professionally cleaned and receives routine pest control.

1. Do not book our homes if you are planning a party. We have a strict no party or gathering policy that we enforce. Other guests will be occupying other units of the property. We expect that the noise level will be controlled to acceptable limits suitable to all other guests staying in the other units on the property.
2. Please no smoking if any kind including cigarettes, marijuana, vapes, or other, inside of the apartment and or close to doors, windows, and neighbors.
3. Up to (2) dogs allowed with pet fees. Must be on leash at all times while outside the unit. Pet owner is responsible for their pets and cleaning up after them.
4. No visitors. All additional guests beyond the number originally booked need to be approved by the owners, and extra fees may apply. Thank you!
5. We ask that you refrain from cooking high fragrance foods at least 24hrs prior to your departure as the smell will linger and affect the living environment.
6. Children— While we do allow children, please know that this unit is NOT child-proofed. For example, there are no cabinet locks on the cabinets, no outlet covers, etc. We do not provide any special supplies or equipment for children. All child needs are to be provisioned by the guest.
7. Early check ins or late check outs based on availability and $35 fee will be collected.
8. Units should not be used for commercial purposes like using kitchen for catering events or conducting photoshoots on property.
9. Per Riverside County guidelines booker must be 21+ to reserve a short-term rental.
This is indeed the desert. Dust and critters are part of the package. The place will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and be have routine pest control. We don’t have too many critter invaders but as it gets warmer we start seeing more activity. No one is ever comfortable with bugs, but water bugs, crickets, gnats, and other insects are part of this habitat. Be mindful of your surroundings when walking outside, specially in the warmer months.
