Layout & Sleeping Arrangements Emberwood Lodge features 5 traditional bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements include 4 King beds and 2 bunk beds, all featuring quality linens and Casper mattresses. For added comfort, three of the King bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs, and every bedroom includes closets with shelving to allow guests to unpack comfortably during their stay.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is contactless and keyless starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please ensure dishes are cleaned or started in the dishwasher and trash is removed upon departure.

House Rules:

• No parties or events permitted.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home; please smoke at least 20 feet away from the structure.
• Pets are welcome (maximum of two), but are not allowed on the furniture or beds.
• When leaving the home in winter, please keep the heat at 65 degrees or warmer.
• Please do not use the neighbor's driveway to turn around.
