This 3rd-floor residence features a spacious open-concept layout designed for relaxation. The home consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The primary suite is a true haven with a king bed, direct balcony access, and an en-suite bath boasting dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a large closet. The second bedroom also provides a king bed and private bath access with a tub/shower combo. For additional guests, the living area includes a queen sleeper sofa. A convenient half bath is located off the main hall for guest use.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, modern appliances, and ample seating for 8 between the dining table and breakfast bar. One parking pass is included; a second pass is available for $40 plus tax. Mandatory digital rental contracts must be signed after booking. For stays of 14+ nights, full payment is required 90 days before arrival.

Important Notice: A project to replace the Bristol Tower Beauty Bands will occur from September 15, 2025, through February 2026. Construction noise and debris may be present Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, and Bristol Pool access may be limited from September 16-19.
