The sleeping arrangements consist of 5 bedrooms and 5 beds, providing ample room for up to 13 guests. The configuration includes 3 master suites with luxury bathrooms and 2 additional bedrooms that share a bathroom. Each bedroom is bright and inviting, featuring plush and ultra-comfortable queen beds dressed in luxurious Egyptian cotton linens.

Living areas are designed for gathering and relaxation. You will find a spacious living room and a kitchen paired with a formal dining area that can comfortably seat 10 guests. Outside, the home truly shines with a wrap-around porch furnished with rocking chairs, lounge chairs, and a loveseat, making it an ideal spot for morning coffee. The fenced backyard is a private oasis featuring two decks, two BBQs, an outdoor dining table with chairs, and a comfy sectional paired with an outdoor TV. For cooler evenings, there is a firepit with Adirondack chairs (please note the firepit is only active from October through March).

To ensure your beach days are effortless, the hosts provide beach chairs, a beach caddie, beach umbrellas, and 5 beach passes.
