The fourth floor is dedicated to the master suite, which includes a queen bed, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and its own private balcony for captivating views.

The main living space on the second floor is designed for socializing, boasting a living room with two sofas and a private balcony facing the pool and canal. The kitchen comes equipped with standard cooking essentials, bar seating for two, and a dining table that seats six. For added convenience, the first floor includes a garage with storage, a washer and dryer, and a carport for parking.
