Designed for comfort and versatility, this residence features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 1 bed, with a total guest capacity of 4. The sleeping arrangements include a comfortable, bright, and spacious bedroom featuring one queen bed, bedside lamps, a closet, and a large flat-screen TV for your entertainment. For additional guests, the cozy living area includes a sofa bed that sleeps two, paired with a massive 70-inch TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube.

This apartment is fully equipped to make your stay seamless. The modern and spacious kitchen comes with cookware, cutlery, and essential cooking equipment, complemented by a dining area perfect for intimate meals. The bathroom is modern, clean, and spacious, stocked with high-quality towels and essential toiletries. For those planning extended stays, the home is excellent as it includes a washer, dryer, and iron. Guests also benefit from super-fast WiFi, ideal for streaming or business calls.

Located conveniently on Main Street, you are just steps away from local favorites like Mokafe, Doner Point, and Baklava Home. The location is highly accessible with a bus stop directly in front of the building. You are a 15-minute walk from Saint Joseph Hospital and a 15-20 minute drive to the American Dream Mall, all while remaining only 20 miles from NYC.

To ensure a safe and secure environment, please note that a Blink camera is installed in the hallways and a Minut noise and smoke monitoring device is located inside the apartment. We welcome your pets with a non-refundable fee: $100 for stays under one week, $200 for two-week stays, and $250 for stays of one month. Parties, gatherings, and smoking are strictly prohibited. The use of drugs, including marijuana, is strictly forbidden both inside and outside the property, and marijuana detectors are in place.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Flexible arrangements may be possible upon written request, subject to availability and potential extra charges. We provide a starter pack of essentials, including bin bags and cleaning products, to get your stay started right.
