The home is designed to accommodate up to 6 guests with a thoughtful layout. The sleeping arrangements include 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: a Master suite featuring a king bed and an en suite bathroom, and a guest bedroom equipped with a queen bed, twin-over-twin bunk beds, and its own en suite bathroom. For additional flexibility, a pull-out sleeper sofa is located in the living area.

Inside, the spacious living room provides plenty of seating to relax and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV after a day in the sun, and it opens directly onto one of the home's two spacious balconies. The kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the beautifully landscaped grounds of the complex, while the adorable dining nook offers extra seating at the eat-in bar. Guests can also enjoy the covered picnic space provided on-site.

Located on the sound side of Pensacola Beach, you have access to fantastic community amenities including a pool, a clubhouse, and a beach on the bay where you can play a game of volleyball. For those seeking adventure, there is an onsite boat and jet ski launch. You are just a short walk from Peg Leg Pete’s and only 2 miles from the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk, where you can visit 'The Shell' for live music, shopping, and dining.
