Sleeping Arrangements This residence comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests across two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with a full bed and a twin bed. For additional guests, the living room includes a convenient queen sleeper sofa.

Location & Neighborhood Situated in a quiet West Beach setting, the property provides resort-style convenience with easy access to the Gulf and the Little Lagoon area. Guests are just steps from the beach and close to local dining, shopping, and attractions. For seamless and safe beach access, the resort features a secure, air-conditioned skywalk and pedestrian bridge, ensuring families with children can reach the pools and sand without crossing busy roads.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and remain on-site for the duration of the stay. A signed rental agreement and photo ID are required after booking. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the condo or on balconies. Pets are not allowed.

Parking Policy: A maximum of 2 vehicles are permitted. Beginning April 1, 2025, parking is purchased on-site via QR code at $20 per day per vehicle. Stays of 7 nights or fewer are capped at $60 per vehicle; stays over 7 nights are $65 plus $5 per additional day.
