The guest room is equipped with one queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV. For additional sleeping space, the living area includes a queen-size sleeper sofa. Both bathrooms feature a shower/tub combo, ensuring a relaxing experience for everyone.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a breakfast bar for casual dining, and a dining table that seats four. • Special Date Restriction: For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum check-in age is 25
• Vehicle Restrictions: No boats, jet skis, RVs, or trailers allowed
• Parking: Limited to 2 vehicles per reservation. Fees are collected by the association via card only ($20/day for first 3 days; free days 4-7; $5/day from day 8 onward. Winter rate cap of $60 applies Nov-Mar)
