Inside, you will find a charming atmosphere highlighted by the world's cutest wood stove, perfect for chilly evenings. Outside, you can cozy up by the fire pit under a twinkling Catskill Mountain sky. For those visiting during the summer, please note that while there is no air conditioning, a fan is provided in the bedroom area to keep you comfortable.

Located in the heart of the Catskills, this property offers a serene home base for your adventures. When you are ready to venture out, the scenic attractions of Hunter Mountain, Woodstock, and Kingston are all just a short drive away.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Late Check-out Policy: A $50 fee is charged for every 30 minutes spent on the property past the 11:00 AM checkout time.
• Winter Travel: Mountain roads can be snowy and challenging; a 4WD vehicle with snow tires is strongly advised for winter visits.
• Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome with a fee of $50 per animal, per night. Prior approval is required for multiple dogs, and all fees must be paid before check-in. Other animals are not permitted. Undisclosed pets will result in a $300 deep-cleaning fee.
• Security: For safety, exterior cameras are located at the driveway and main entrance. These are not monitored unless an issue arises.
