A unique catwalk overlooks the living area below, leading to a half bath, while the downstairs full bath boasts a classic claw foot tub. Laundry facilities are conveniently tucked away in the second bedroom's closet.

Inside, every corner exudes rustic charm and comfort. The main floor includes a dining area with wainscoting and a rustic farm table, alongside a galley kitchen featuring a farmhouse sink and soapstone countertops.
