The sea soothes your soul, so come get your toes in the sand at Soul Tide! Welcome to your next home away from home, a pet-friendly beach house in Gulf Shores, Alabama, that serves as the perfect place for a great beach vacation.

This fully remodeled new rental provides ample space for the entire family. The home is configured with 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The layout is designed for both togetherness and privacy. The upstairs main house features two bedrooms, each equipped with queen beds, TVs, and private baths. This level also boasts a full kitchen, a large, spacious living area, and a South facing front deck. The two additional bedrooms are located downstairs, each offering its own separate entry and featuring Full/Twin bunks and TVs. These lower rooms are joined by a Jack and Jill bathroom, giving your whole party plenty of space to relax after a fun filled day in the sun. Please note that there is no internal entry from the downstairs rooms to the main portion of the house; guests must use the stairs to enter the upper unit.

Since this is a brand-new rental, you can enjoy fresh paint, new furnishings, and much more. The location is ideal for sun-seekers, as the beach is just a short block away with easy beach access.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Maximum of 2 cars; Vehicle Registration Tags are required and can be purchased upon arrival or through the office.
• Supplies: Linens are provided, but guests must bring their own beach towels. A starter set of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels is included.

House Rules:

• Minimum rental age is 25 years old; Photo ID is required at check-in.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• Dogs are welcome (2 dog maximum) with a USD 225 non-refundable pet fee per pet.
• Winter Season Policy: Reservations made prior to October 1st for January and February require a 60-day minimum stay. After October 1st, minimums for winter months are three or seven nights, depending on specifications.
