The guest house is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 4 guests with a layout focused on privacy and comfort. The sleeping arrangements include:

• Bedroom 1: Featuring a spacious king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom equipped with a stand-alone shower.
• Bedroom 2: Featuring a spacious king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom equipped with a stand-alone shower.

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the Guest House, which serves as a wonderful private retreat. The property's design ensures that guests will not see or need to interact with anyone renting the Main House. Outside, you can immerse yourself in the organic charm of the grounds, which feature two native grass and wildflower meadows and a carefully tended outdoor herb and vegetable garden. Please be aware that the private pool and hot tub are reserved exclusively for reservations that include the Main House and are not available for standalone Guest House bookings.

Located in the heart of Hudson Woods, the retreat is situated just minutes away from the top dining options and breweries in Kerhonkson. For those visiting during the winter months, a 4WD vehicle with snow tires is recommended to ensure a safe and seamless journey through the scenic seasonal landscape.

• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Late Departure: An overtime fee of $50 per half-hour applies for departures past 11:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
