This multilevel home is configured with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor and features a king-size bed with a private en-suite bathroom including a tub and shower combination. Upstairs, the sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a second bedroom furnished with two twin beds and trundles, which can accommodate up to four guests. Each upstairs bedroom also enjoys its own private en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower combo.

Inside, you will find a bright and inviting open floor plan that seamlessly connects the living area and the kitchen. The interior is enhanced by stylish furnishings, coastal décor, and updated electronics to create a welcoming atmosphere. • A signed rental agreement is required to finalize bookings
• No cancellations permitted for the NCAA Beach Volleyball event (May 6 - 10, 2027)
• Two parking passes provided
• Monthly rentals available from November 1 through March 1

Note: A starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap) is provided for the first 24 hours. Guests are encouraged to bring additional toiletries, paper goods, condiments, coffee filters, and beach towels.
