Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, the home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom is conveniently situated on the main level with a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, you will find a spacious guest bedroom featuring a king bed and private balcony access. Sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom is the adjoining bunk room, which contains two sets of bunk beds to comfortably sleep up to four guests, making it an ideal space for children or additional visitors.

Inside, the open and inviting living area is filled with natural light, comfortable furnishings, and beach-inspired décor. The heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen that flows into spacious dining and living areas, perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. One of the most standout features is the presence of three separate balconies: one off the kitchen for morning coffee, one adjoining the living and dining area for unwinding, and an upstairs balcony off the king bedroom to take in the fresh Gulf breeze.

• Restrictions: No cancellations permitted for the NCAA Beach Volleyball event (April 30–May 4, 2026, and May 6 – 10, 2027)
