Important Guest Information: This property welcomes guests 25 years and older year-round, with special low monthly rates available for snowbirds from November through February. Pool hours are 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Parking passes must be purchased on-site upon arrival at $50 per pass (maximum 2 passes per reservation, cash or card accepted). Please note that beach towels are not provided, and the unit is currently for sale, which may require same-day showings during your stay (10% discount applied if showing occurs). Outdoor security cameras are installed for guest safety.
