Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note a $75 per hour late check-out fee. A valid government-issued photo ID and matching credit card are required for all bookings, and the primary guest must be at least 22 years old. All guests must pass through a verification portal and may be subject to a background check.

This is a strictly smoke-free environment; smoking anywhere on the premises, including balconies and parking areas, is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of stay and a $500 fine. Parties, weapons, and drugs are strictly forbidden. We maintain a noise policy with quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM, monitored by decibel sensors.

Pets are welcome with specific restrictions: maximum of 2 dogs only (40lbs combined weight), excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds. An additional pet fee of $100-$300 applies based on length of stay. Please note a limit of one towel per guest per stay.

A $150 security hold is required on a credit card, or guests may opt for a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
