Experience the ultimate relaxing beach getaway at Sol Salty Beach House, a luxurious new construction home located within the private Summer Salt resort community in Orange Beach, Alabama. This beautiful coastal retreat is perfectly positioned for families and groups, nestled within a serene wildlife sanctuary that offers breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere away from the busy streets, while remaining just a short walk from the sun, sand, and surf.
This spacious home is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests with a layout featuring 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed for privacy and comfort: the master suite boasts a king bed with a granite double sink vanity and a large walk-in shower; the second bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite tub/shower combo; and the third bedroom offers a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle and its own ensuite bath. For additional guests, the cozy living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa.
Inside, the open-concept second level is anchored by a luxurious kitchen equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a five-burner gas stove, and a cute coffee/cocktail bar. The living area is perfect for downtime, featuring a 70" Roku TV and a Mrs. Pac-Man arcade game for entertainment. Step through the French doors onto the covered patio to soak in the beauty of the Gulf State Park Wetlands directly behind the home.

Located in the heart of Orange Beach, you are within walking distance to fan-favorite spots like Doc's Seafood & Steaks, Ruby Slipper Cafe, and Beachside Mini Golf. The property is a brief 10-minute walk or 1-minute drive to public beach access and a 10-minute drive to The Wharf.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome to join your vacation. Please note that this is not a spring break property; absolutely no parties are permitted, and the minimum age to book is 23 years old. Boat and trailer parking is strictly prohibited in the carport or on community streets. Guests are reminded to bring their own beach towels as bath towels are not permitted at the pool or beach.

PET POLICY Guests must obtain permission from the Owner or Manager and pay the applicable non-refundable pet fee to have pets on the Rental Property. If permission is not given by the Owner or Manager, any pet(s) found in or about the Rental Property will be grounds for expedited eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid. Guests who bring pets with permission must adhere to house rules, which include keeping pets in a kennel or crate when left alone, picking up pet waste, and ensuring that pets do not get on furniture. Pet hair found on furniture, in sheets, or on bedding will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $350. Any damage caused by pets must be reported immediately, and repair/replacement will be charged to guest. Bringing a pet without listing it on the reservation will also result in a fine of $500 in addition to any additional cleaning fees or damages. The only pets allowed on premises are dogs. No cats, ferrets, birds, reptiles, etc are allowed.
Rates are subject to change until management confirms your reservation.
All guests must be 23+ with the exception of children with their parents. (Please contact us prior to booking if you do not meet this age restriction. We do evaluate on a case by case basis)
10 Human Maximum. If you bring more humans than accounted for on your reservation we will charge you $100 per human over said number.
There are cameras in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection!
No late check-out or early check-in. Sometimes early/late check-in and check-out can be accommodated for a fee of $25/hr.
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
We have stocked the house with some start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay. We appreciate that our guests take good care of the home we have set up, and we do ask that you use only what you need during your stay. Condiments, zip locks, charcoal, and coffee are NOT provided.
Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
No smoking of any kind, $100 fine.
Quiet time is 10:00pm - 8:00am. If you are a night owl this property is NOT for you.
By confirming your reservation all parties hereby agree to adhere to the Rental Agreement.
