This spacious home is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests with a layout featuring 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed for privacy and comfort: the master suite boasts a king bed with a granite double sink vanity and a large walk-in shower; the second bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite tub/shower combo; and the third bedroom offers a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle and its own ensuite bath. For additional guests, the cozy living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa.

Inside, the open-concept second level is anchored by a luxurious kitchen equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a five-burner gas stove, and a cute coffee/cocktail bar. The living area is perfect for downtime, featuring a 70" Roku TV and a Mrs. Pac-Man arcade game for entertainment. Located in the heart of Orange Beach, you are within walking distance to fan-favorite spots like Doc's Seafood & Steaks, Ruby Slipper Cafe, and Beachside Mini Golf. The property is a brief 10-minute walk or 1-minute drive to public beach access and a 10-minute drive to The Wharf.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome to join your vacation. Please note that this is not a spring break property; absolutely no parties are permitted, and the minimum age to book is 23 years old. Boat and trailer parking is strictly prohibited in the carport or on community streets. Guests are reminded to bring their own beach towels as bath towels are not permitted at the pool or beach.
