Located in the southern Catskills, Little River is just 2 hours from NYC and 2.5 hours from Philly. The cabin is situated near the town of Barryville (3 miles) and is only 5 minutes from a local grocery store, the Saturday farmer's market, and the Delaware waterfront for canoeing and rafting. Within 20 minutes, you can find incredible hikes and swimming holes.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. This is an adult-only property (newborns are the only exception) and the primary guest must be at least 25 years old. No pets are permitted due to severe allergies, and smoking is prohibited inside (violators face a $500 fee). Please note that the wood-burning fireplace is currently inoperable. Due to the driveway incline, AWD/4WD is required for access during wintery conditions. Additional daytime visitors and outside service providers require prior approval. Please be mindful of the septic system by flushing only toilet paper.
