Welcome to the Cape Bay Cottage, a charming 1-bedroom retreat just four short blocks from the bay in Lower Township! This quaint cottage features newly decorated interiors and offers the perfect space for weekend getaways for couples, friends, or small families seeking a peaceful coastal escape.

The cottage includes one comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed for restful nights, plus one full bathroom. The living room features a sleeper sofa that accommodates one adult or two children, allowing the home to sleep up to 3 guests total.

Enjoy modern conveniences including complimentary WiFi, Netflix access, and a dedicated workspace for remote work needs. The fully equipped kitchen features a Keurig coffee machine, microwave, electric stove, stainless steel oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, and all cooking basics with dishes and silverware. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, ceiling fan, TV, record player, books, board games, iron, hair dryer, and room-darkening shades for comfortable stays.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis with outdoor furniture and dining area perfect for savoring morning coffee or evening cocktails under the covered patio. Beach chairs and outdoor games are provided in the deck box for your enjoyment. After sunset beach walks, rinse off sand in the convenient outdoor shower before heading indoors.

The bay location offers the best of both worlds - enjoy leisurely bayside walks, fishing, shell collecting, and spectacular sunsets. The shallow waters create perfect tide pools and safe conditions for little ones. This pet-friendly cottage welcomes up to 2 dogs with proper leashing outdoors (cats not permitted due to owner allergies). The location provides easy 15-minute drives to Cape May and Wildwood for additional entertainment.

Free parking is available on premises with a 2-car driveway. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM with convenient keypad entry. A starter pack of essentials is provided including linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee pods. Please bring shower toiletries and beach towels.

Important policies: Pet fee of $50 per pet applies, guests must be 25+, no smoking/vaping ($250 fee applies), property is not childproofed, and outdoor pets must remain leashed as the backyard is not fully fenced.
