The sleeping arrangements are curated for comfort, including a second-floor king suite with a private balcony overlooking the water, a queen bedroom with an en suite massage shower and bidet toilet, a king platform bed, a bedroom with a full bed and wet bar, and a twin room featuring two twin beds. For entertainment, every bedroom is equipped with a Smart Roku TV.

• Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM
• Please observe the 15 MPH speed limit
• No team parties or large gatherings; property is for registered guests only
• Rental Agreement must be completed within 72 hours of booking
• A $500 security/damage hold is required upon completion of the Rental Agreement
