Welcome home to Cooperstown Baseball Rentals at Championship #3, a spacious and inviting retreat perfectly positioned for your tournament vacation in Oneonta, New York. This second-floor apartment is part of the Championship House, a unique property divided into three self-contained units, making it an excellent choice for families traveling together who desire both proximity and private accommodations.

The unit features a thoughtful layout designed for family time and relaxation. The sleeping arrangements consist of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with the first bedroom featuring a queen size bed and the second offering a full size bed along with tons of closet space. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a wonderful space to plan your day while preparing breakfast.

Guests will find a fully equipped eat-in kitchen featuring a gas range, over-the-range microwave, dishwasher, and a full-size refrigerator with an automatic ice maker, all complemented by granite countertops and tiled floors. The modern bathroom is fully tiled with a granite countertop and a tub/shower combo. For entertainment, the living room boasts a large smart Roku TV (55" or larger), and each bedroom is equipped with its own 43" or larger smart Roku TV, ensuring everyone can watch their favorite shows.

Outside, you can relax and enjoy the surroundings on your private balcony, while a gas grill is available for your use on the main patio below. Additional conveniences include a free shared laundry room located in the common basement of the building, where quarters are provided for the coin-operated machines.

Located in a quiet residential setting, Championship #3 is centrally positioned for baseball enthusiasts. It is just 3 miles to Cooperstown Baseball World, 3.5 miles to All Star Village, 19 miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park, and 24.7 miles to Cooperstown. The property is also conveniently close to the dining and shopping districts of downtown Oneonta. As Uber and Lyft are scarce in the area, a car is recommended to fully explore the region.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 9:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Guests are asked to respect local noise ordinances and quiet hours. For larger groups, the entire Championship House can be rented to provide a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms sleeping up to 12 guests; please contact the host for more information.
