The second floor offers a versatile bedroom loft, also featuring one queen bed. With a total of 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom, the property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

The outdoor experience is extraordinary, spanning 6 acres at the end of a quiet road. Guests can enjoy 850 feet of private riverfront, an open field exceeding one acre with bench seating and a firepit, and a screened-in porch complete with a tiki bar and rocking chairs. For those seeking wellness, the property boasts a cedar wood-burning sauna with a Huum heater. Additional outdoor highlights include a deck overlooking the river with Polywood sectional seating and a propane firepit table, as well as a fenced-in side yard equipped with a dining table, Traeger grill, Weber propane grill, and a chiminea firepit.

Inside, the home provides modern essentials including high-speed internet and a propane fireplace with a remote. The bathroom is stocked with Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for added convenience. Kindling and firewood are provided to keep the atmosphere warm and inviting.

Located in the Upper Delaware River watershed, Red Camp offers a remote setting perfect for world-class trout fishing, bird watching, and kayaking, yet remains only a 5-minute drive from the center of Hancock. To preserve the local sanctuary, guests are asked to catch and release fish caught on the property and follow leave-no-trace principles.
