Designed to accommodate a maximum of 8 guests, the home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out to ensure everyone is comfortable: the Master Bedroom features a King size bed with four King size pillows, while the second bedroom is equipped with one Full bed and two Twin beds. Additionally, the living room includes a Queen sleep sofa to provide extra space for your group.

Practical Information: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Upon arrival, guests are required to pay a $100 Amenity Fee directly to The Quay management, which covers the use of building amenities and one parking pass. A second parking pass may be purchased on a pro-rated basis if available.

House Rules: This property maintains a strict no-pets and no-smoking/vaping policy. Please note that rentals are not available to groups under the age of 25, and Senior Week groups are not permitted; parents may not rent on behalf of children under 25.
