For additional flexibility, a sleeper sofa is located in the living room. To ensure a refreshing stay, both bathrooms have been fully refreshed with modern fixtures, new sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs, providing a clean, spa-like feel throughout the home. • Parking: Limited spaces (2 cars maximum). Parking passes are available for purchase onsite at $50 per car per stay. Office hours for passes are Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. and weekends 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
• Age Requirement: From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age for check-in is 25 years old.
• Restrictions: Per association rules, no boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are permitted.
• Note: Beach towels are not provided. Outdoor security cameras are installed for guest safety; no cameras are located inside the property.
