We’re excited to host you and want you to have a wonderful stay. After booking you will be required to complete a damage wavier or security deposit to complete your booking. To help us keep this home comfortable, clean, and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow these important house rules. This is also a 100% smoke-free property, including the balconies. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A $500 fine will be charged for any smoking or vaping in the unit or on the balcony. To comply with HOA rules and keep the property looking its best, towels, clothing, and other items may not be hung from balconies or walkways at the front or back of the building. Parking is limited to assigned spaces only. All vehicles, including motorcycles, must park in designated spots or risk towing at the owner’s expense. Before departure, please dispose of all trash and place it in the proper receptacles, and empty any cleaned dishes from the dishwasher. Guests must follow Ocean City’s noise ordinance and respect our neighbors. Homeowners in the building take pride in their property, and loud, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Please treat our home with care. An additional cleaning fee of up to $500 may be charged if the property is left in unacceptable condition (including but not limited to excessive mess, vomit, urine, or other damage requiring specialized cleaning). Finally, guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire reservation. After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home. We do not rent to groups attending Senior Week. Thank you for respecting our home and helping us provide a great experience for all of our guests.

Personal Property & Items Left Behind Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to departure. Please check all closets, drawers, bathrooms, outdoor areas, and under beds before you leave. Ocean City Vacation Homes, its owners, employees, and agents assume no responsibility or liability for personal property left in the unit or on the premises after checkout, or for any loss, theft, or damage to such property. We do not guarantee that left-behind items will be found, retained, or returned. If an item is located, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you at the contact information on file. Perishable items, opened food, beverages, and toiletries are discarded immediately. Return shipping is available at the guest's expense and is subject to a handling fee in addition to actual shipping costs. Items are shipped at the guest's sole risk, and we are not responsible for loss or damage in transit. Arrangements for local pickup must be scheduled in advance during business hours.
