Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the master bedroom, a full bed and a twin bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa located in the living room. The open-concept living and dining area creates a spacious feel, perfectly suited for families or friends.

To ensure a smooth arrival, check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please be aware that this is a Saturday-to-Saturday rental. To maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, pets and smoking are strictly not permitted.

Important note regarding linens: Paper products and linens are not included with your rental. The property provides blankets, mattress covers, pillows, and kitchen towels. Professional linen packages are available to rent for $136.86 (beach towels are not included in this package). Please notify us in advance to arrange delivery prior to your arrival. Check-in instructions will be provided two days before arrival once the weekly agreement is signed.
