• House Rules: Non-smoking property. Minimum rental age is 25. Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Paid parking is managed by the condominium association. Only card payments are accepted (no cash). A maximum of two vehicles per unit is allowed. The fee schedule starts at $20 per day for the first three days, capping at $60 for the first seven days, and $5 per day thereafter. A maximum of $60 per stay applies for November through March.

Please be aware that building maintenance projects may occur periodically. For security, guests booking within 48 hours of arrival must provide a matching ID and credit card by the close of business on the day of booking.
