• Minimum rental age: 25 years old (Photo ID required at check-in)
• Parking: Maximum 2 cars per reservation. Parking passes must be purchased separately. During special holiday periods (Hangout Fest, Memorial Day, July 4th week, Labor Day, and Shrimp Fest), 3-bedroom units are strictly limited to two passes.
• House Rules: No smoking and no pets allowed.
• Availability: This unit is not available for winter rentals from October 15th to March 1st.
• Supplies: Linens are provided, but guests must bring their own beach towels. A starter set including hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per can, and one roll of paper towels is included.
