• Linens/Toiletries: Bed linens, towels, paper products, and soaps are NOT provided. These must be brought by the guest or rented through the cleaning company ($60 for bed linens; $60 for towel sets for six).
• Resort Fees: Mandatory non-refundable resort fees for guests aged 4+ are required for facility access. These fees vary by season and are paid directly to Sea Colony.
• Parking: One assigned spot is provided. A second vehicle may use unassigned spaces on a first-come, first-serve basis. Vehicles must not exceed six feet in height.
• Lease: All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.
