• Pets stay for free (House-trained cats and dogs only, max 3 pets). Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding, and must be kept out of the pool. A $200 cleaning fee will be assessed for pet stays.
• No smoking indoors (permitted outdoors with doors/windows closed); indoor smoking incurs a $300 fee.
• No loud music or excessive noise to comply with city regulations.
• Lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 charge.
• A pre-arrival form and signed rental conditions are required prior to stay.
