Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking building and apartment; a $200 fine applies for any evidence of smoking, including vaping or marijuana. A rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Guests should be aware that there are 10 steps leading from the lobby to the elevator.

Additional policies include a $50 replacement fee for lost keys or keyfobs. Pets are not allowed. Please note the rooftop pool is exclusive to building tenants and unavailable for guests. Also, be advised that the apartment will have no AC during the July 4th weekend of 2026.
