The semi-enclosed bedroom is a versatile space that can be fully closed off using two barn doors, and it comes complete with a full his/her wardrobe, a 42-inch smart TV, and a ceiling fan for your comfort.

Location & Neighborhood Situated in the safe and vibrant Little Italy neighborhood, Espresso House is perfectly positioned for exploration. You are within walking distance to nearby local restaurants and just 4-5 blocks away from the most popular bars and restaurants in the Trolley Square area. The property is also minutes by car from I-95, downtown Wilmington, the Delaware Art Museum, Grotto Pizza, and Goober's Diner. While the area is very walkable, a vehicle is recommended for longer stays to easily reach shopping centers and grocery stores.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please be mindful of the checkout time to avoid fees ($20 per 15 minutes for up to two hours).

Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with prior approval only; a $150 pet fee is required. Cats are strictly prohibited. Please note there is no yard or grass on the property, so dogs must be walked down the block. Unauthorized pets may incur a $500 fee.

Additional policies include a strict no-smoking rule inside the house (enforceable $100 fee) and a zero-tolerance policy for drug use. Only registered guests are permitted; additional guests over the maximum of 2 will be charged $50 per person. Tampering with security cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund.
