This level also includes a comfortable Queen bedroom and a full hall bathroom.

The mid floor provides ample space for families or larger groups, featuring a spacious primary King bedroom with a private en suite bathroom and a smart TV. This level also hosts two additional Queen bedrooms, each with its own smart TV, and a fourth bedroom containing two floating Twin beds, all served by a full hallway bathroom.

On the ground level, practicality meets coastal living with a storage room containing a washer and dryer and beach gear. Two outdoor showers are located here, making it easy to rinse off the sand before heading inside.
