Designed for comfort and relaxation, the layout features 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The interior boasts an open-concept entrance leading into a bright and spacious living area, ideal for relaxing movie nights or family game nights. The fully equipped kitchen is a highlight, featuring stainless steel appliances and ample counter space for preparing everything from a quick snack to a delicious dinner.

Sleeping arrangements are crafted for quality rest. The master bedroom is spacious and relaxing, featuring a comfortable king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with dual vanities. The guest bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, and both bathrooms include a shower/tub combination.

Outdoor living is a key part of the experience. Guests can enjoy the front porch or head to the private backyard, which is designed for outdoor eating and hangouts. This area includes a back patio with a dining table and umbrella, a grill, and a fire pit perfect for stargazing. Guests are only 15 minutes from Downtown Pensacola and 20 minutes from both the Pensacola Airport and Naval Air Station Pensacola. Local attractions like museums, dining at local eateries, and the amazing waterfront stadium to watch the Blue Wahoos Baseball Team are all within easy reach.

House Rules & Notes: Guests have full access to the left unit of the duplex. Please note that the shed at the rear of the property is not available for use. A starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soaps, and pods) is provided for the first two nights. Guests are asked to bring their own personal shampoos, body soaps, and additional beach gear such as coolers and towels.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund (less a $25 taxable fee) for cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date.
