The top floor features a bedroom with full-size bed, flat-screen TV, and convenient full hall bathroom. The second floor houses the primary suite with king-size bed, flat-screen TV, private en-suite bath with jacuzzi tub, and private deck with swing - perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. This floor also includes a bunk bedroom with two bunk beds providing 4 twin-size beds total, flat-screen TV, and private full bathroom. The bottom floor primary suite offers a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, direct outdoor patio access, and private full bathroom - a wonderful retreat for guests who appreciate easy outdoor access and extra privacy.

The location offers unmatched convenience - approximately 1,500 feet to both the beach and sound, with easy access to shopping, dining, and Corolla attractions. Take a short stroll from your front door through the community, past the pond and through the woods to reach the boardwalk that leads straight to the beach.

Corolla is a beautiful Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, and stunning views from both seaside and sound side. The home is just a 6-minute walk to the beach, 2-minute drive to Currituck Beach Lighthouse and Uncle Ike's Sandbar & Grill, 3-minute drive to Whalehead Club, and 9 minutes to Timbuck II Shopping Village and Food Lion.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with checkout at 10:00 AM. Peak summer weeks from mid-June through mid-August require a 7-night minimum stay, with shorter stays available outside peak season. Per HOA guidelines and local laws, guests making reservations must be at least 23 years old and present during the entire stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over 23. No pets or smoking are permitted. Potential fines of up to $300 may apply for violations including pets, late departure without approval, or leaving the home excessively messy.
