Designed for flexibility and comfort, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage accommodates up to 6 guests. The layout features two master bedrooms: one equipped with a King bed and the second featuring two Queen beds. For enhanced privacy, the cottage includes three separate entrances—one for the main living area and kitchen, and one for each master bedroom—allowing guests to enter and exit their rooms without disturbing others. A convenient lock-off feature is also available to separate the second bedroom if desired.

The interior is simple, clean, and comfortable, featuring a family room and a full kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, Keurig, toaster, and all necessary pots, pans, and silverware. Guests can relax in the living area, unwind in the bedrooms, or enjoy the fresh sea air from the private screened-in balcony and open-air balcony. Every room is equipped with a flat-screen cable TV for entertainment.

Located at milepost 2.5, the property offers an idyllic semi-oceanfront experience. Guests enjoy private direct beach access directly across the street, as well as a spacious community pool (available approximately May 15 to October 31) with elevated lounging decks boasting ocean views. A coin-operated laundry facility is also available on-site.

Explore the neighborhood on foot or by bike, with local restaurants and the Kitty Hawk Pier within strolling distance. A short drive will take you to iconic attractions including the Wright Brothers Memorial, Jockey's Ridge State Park, and the H2OBX water park.
