This home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a luxurious Master suite with a King bed, two guest rooms each featuring a Queen bed, and a basement room equipped with two Queen beds and a pack n play. For additional flexibility, a large couch is also available.

Indoor entertainment is a highlight of the property, particularly in the fully equipped game room. Guests can enjoy Table Tennis, Foosball, Regulation Darts, Ring and Hook, Giant Jenga, and a wide array of board games, alongside an Xbox One console and a dedicated Selfie Wall. The main living areas include a comfy living room with a smart TV, a full dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen. Bedrooms are well-furnished and also feature smart TVs.

Outdoor living is equally impressive, featuring a carefully designed paver patio with a dining set, a new propane grill, and the ambience of cafe string lights. Guests can unwind in the six-person hot tub or gather around the rustic fire pit. Active guests will love the yard games, including Corn hole with LED lights, Ladder Ball, and Horseshoes.

Located just a few minutes' drive from downtown Syracuse, the home offers quick access to Syracuse University, Upstate Hospital, St. Joseph's Hospital, and Crouse Hospital. For a scenic escape, the picturesque town of Skaneateles and its idyllic Finger Lakes waterfront are only a short drive away.

Please note this is an older home with some quirks and small bathrooms. Due to the main road location, some traffic noise may be present. The entrance walkway has a slight incline and is not perfectly smooth; however, the primary living spaces and bedrooms are on one floor, except for the basement room and laundry. The bedroom fireplace is not for guest use. Firewood is not provided but can be purchased at nearby Wegmans, Price Chopper, or Byrne Dairy. Outdoor furniture is seasonally deployed starting in mid-April. Finally, we strictly prohibit any Airbnb Services or Experiences at this property.
