• Age Requirement: Per HOA and local laws, the primary guest must be at least 23 years old and present for the entire stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over 23. Violation of this rule or occupancy limits may result in fines or eviction.
• Payment: 50% due at booking, remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
• Please Note: Fines of up to $300 may apply for unregistered pets, unapproved late departures, or leaving the home excessively messy. A starter supply of toiletries and paper products is provided.
