This inviting townhome features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. The master bedroom boasts a king bed with an en suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo, plus sliding doors leading to a private deck where you can enjoy ocean breezes. The second bedroom is perfect for families, offering bunk beds with a twin trundle and its own en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo.

The open-concept living space flows seamlessly from kitchen to dining and living areas, creating an ideal gathering spot for family meals and game nights. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for home cooking, while the large dining table seats up to 7 guests. Two spacious outdoor decks provide additional seating and dining areas, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation while taking in those ocean views.

Key amenities include air conditioning, WiFi, washer and dryer, smart lock for easy self check-in, and a private outdoor shower for rinsing off after beach days. Beach gear including chairs, toys, buckets, and lounge cushions are provided for your convenience. The community offers additional perks with a seasonal pool (Memorial Day through October) and tennis courts just a short walk away.

Located in Duck's peaceful Georgetown Sands, you'll enjoy the town's wide, uncrowded beaches and charming soundfront boardwalk. Nature trails, local shops, and excellent restaurants make Duck a friendly destination perfect for a relaxing vacation. The beach is within sight with private access just a minute's walk from your door.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Please note that guests making reservations must be at least 23 years old and present during the entire stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over 23. Pets are not permitted. Payment is split with 50% due at booking and the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
