The sleeping arrangements include five bedrooms and a versatile loft: the Master Bedroom, Bedroom 3, and Bedroom 4 each feature a King bed with AC; Bedroom 2 offers a Queen bed; Bedroom 5 provides two Twin beds; and the loft includes an additional King bed. The home is serviced by 4 full bathrooms and one half bath, featuring a mix of showers, tubs, and combination setups.

Inside, you will find a home geared for entertainment and convenience. A game room equipped with a pool table and arcade machine ensures endless fun, while the living space is warmed by a fireplace for added ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. For modern connectivity, the home provides Smart TVs and fast Wi-Fi. Practical additions include a washer and dryer, as well as heating and cooling systems throughout.

Important Community Rules: Mandatory HOA fees are not included in the booking price and must be paid separately online at least one day prior to arrival. These include a temporary membership fee (In Season: $8.50/person/day or $42.50/person/week; Off Season: $2/person/day), a $20 gate pass per vehicle per stay, and a $20 administration fee per stay. A $100 late fee applies if registration and payment are not completed at least 3 days before arrival. Guests are required to remove all trash from the house upon departure to avoid attracting wildlife; the community trash center address is provided in the guidebook.
