During this window, the balcony will be completely inaccessible, all patio furniture will be moved inside, and workers will be present outside the balcony during daytime hours. Additionally, the outdoor pool and hot tub will be closed from November 9 through December 3, 2026. Guests should expect construction-related noise, dust, and vibrations. Please be aware that the building elevator may be unavailable at certain times, requiring the use of stairs. During this period, an Open Parking Policy will be in effect; while a valid parking pass is required, spaces will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
