Guests can dive into their own private pool, which is heated to 85 degrees from October through April at no additional cost (though temperatures may dip slightly if the outdoor air drops below 40 degrees).

• Pets: House-trained cats and dogs stay free! There is a 3-pet maximum. Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding, and owners must pick up dog waste. Please note that an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be assessed. Pets are strictly prohibited in the pool; a $200 fee applies if pet hair is found in the filter.
• Smoking: No smoking indoors (violation incurs a $300 fee). Outdoor smoking is permitted provided windows and doors remain tightly closed.
• Noise: No loud music or excessive noise is allowed to comply with city regulations and respect neighbors. Excessive noise may result in reservation cancellation without a refund.
• Requirements: A pre-arrival form and signed rental conditions are required prior to stay.
• Fees: Lost keys or remotes incur a $125 charge.
