Designed for togetherness, the top level serves as the heart of the home, boasting a spacious living room with ample seating for family movie nights and a large dining table for shared meals and games. This level also features a fully stocked kitchen and a convenient half bathroom. The ground level is dedicated to utility and leisure, offering a laundry room, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day in the sand, and a charcoal grill for cooking up fresh local seafood feasts.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Guests can unwind in the private pool (open May 1st through mid-October) or take a leisurely 5-minute stroll to private sound access. • Policies: Pets are not allowed. Guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and present for the duration of the stay; for non-family groups, all guests must be 23+.
• Restrictions: The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.
• Fees: Fines up to $300 may apply for unregistered pets, unapproved late departures, or excessive messes. A full home inventory is conducted after departure to ensure all items are present.
• Payment: 50% due at confirmation and the remaining balance due 30 days before check-in.
