Sleeping arrangements are designed for maximum comfort with 4 bedrooms and 4 beds, accommodating up to 12 guests across 3 bathrooms. The exquisite master suite serves as a royal retreat, featuring a king bed, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi. Additional sleeping quarters include a queen bed on the ground floor, a queen bed and a full bed upstairs, and a cozy full bed located in the basement. Every room is outfitted with dreamy mattresses and quality, sustainable linens.

While the home is rich in character, it is equipped for a seamless stay. The interior features a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table seating eight and a kitchen island seating five. Requirements: A signed rental agreement is required upon booking before check-in details are released.

HOUSE RULES Hi there! We can't wait to host you during your stay! However, we do have to enforce some rules for the safety and protection of the home as well as our wonderful neighbors who we work diligently not to disturb.
1. Guests must sign the rental agreement upon booking. The rental agreement is listed below. All local residents must communicate with the host BEFORE booking.
2. The occupancy limit for this property is the same number of guests as your reservation at all times. Violation of this could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund.
3. No parties, no loud music, no boisterous behavior.
4. Renters will respect and follow all rules as outlined in the House Rules Section.
5. Renters agree to not contact the host until they have read the House Manual. Will be sent 2 days before arrival.
6. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate $200/day penalty fee. ($200 for every day of the rental period).
7. If you have not been given approval for a late checkout there will be a penalty fee of $100 starting during the first half hour and $100/hr after that.
8. If by your fault of breaking any house rules, a scheduling conflict is formed with other guests, you may be charged the amount owing to a discount or refund of said guest.
9. Repeated infractions of the house rules can result in dispatching our security team for immediate eviction with no refund. This will result in a $500 penalty additional to any applicable fees.
10. Shipping any items left at the home will require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.
11. Booking your reservation is your confirmation that you have read and fully agree to the house rules.
12. PET FRIENDLY: We love your furry friends! A fee of $150 per dog must be paid BEFORE the guest arrival date. There is a max of 2 dogs on the property and a max weight of 50 lbs. per dog. Sorry, but no cats or exotic animals are allowed in the home. If evidence of an unapproved (or unpaid for) pet is located on the property, there will be a $400 non-refundable fine. Please clean up after your pet in the yard (bring your own doggy waste bags) and in the home. Additionally, any pet brought to the property must not be left unattended in the home. If they are left at the property alone, they will need to be kept in a pet crate.
